Fire Strategy

The intent of the fire strategy is to define the fire safety objectives and performance requirements for a building in which the requirements of the Building Regulations are met. The fire strategies are commonly developed during the design stage for a new building or refurbishment projects. This document sets out the fundamental requirements and detailed specifications. It is reviewed and approved by the Authority with Jurisdiction. CHPK fire engineers have extensive experience in developing complex fire strategy reports and worked with many organisations to produce specific strategies to meet their objectives and needs.
